Shipping & Returns

Following the completion of your online order and payment, you will receive an email confirming the goods you have purchased.

We will dispatch items that are in stock within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment. We will contact you if there are any delays in dispatching your piece. If your item is not currently held in stock it will be made to order within 3-10 weeks. Please see individual product processing times. We will be in contact with you to confirm a timeframe for completion for your piece.

Orders being dispatched to destinations within New Zealand will be sent by NZ Post. These items will be delivered with ‘No Authority to Leave’ and will require a signature by the recipient upon delivery. If you will on be available on the expected delivery day(s) to receive your parcel, we recommend that you select an address where your item is able to be delivered and signed for at the time of delivery.

Orders being dispatched to countries outside of New Zealand will be sent by DHL unless otherwise advised and will need to be signed for. 

We are unable to ship jewellery to some destinations, please feel free to contact us to confirm delivery is possible at your desired address.

 

Local Duties or Taxes

International orders may be subject to local duty or taxes. Dean & Dust is not responsible for these charges.

  

Late or Lost Items

If a package is not delivered, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of our dispatch confirmation. We will do our utmost to assist us if you wish to make an insurance claim.

 

We do not replace, accept liability or pay compensation for or items we send that are lost or damaged if:

-the loss or damage is due to an event beyond our reasonable control

-the loss or damage occurred after delivery

-the item was sent to a location where no postal or courier service exists

-the item is seized by customs or any other government agency

All prices are displayed  in NZ dollars.

We accept Credit Card Payment with Visa, Mastercard, Amex, as well as Cash and Internet Banking.​

 

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges on our Bespoke pieces as these are made to order.

We will happily exchange Dean & Dust Collections pieces within 7 days if they are returned as they were received- in new, unworn condition and in the original packaging.
