Getting Started
Start your bespoke journey with a relaxed, no-obligation consultation at our Quayside boutique or virtually for clients outside the area.
We’ll take the time to understand your personal style, preferences, and the story behind the piece. Whether you have a clear idea or need inspiration, we’ll guide you every step of the way.
step two
The Design
During your consultation, we’ll discuss design ideas and gather information on design elements, stone, and metal preferences. If you have any sentimental jewels or gold you'd like incorporated into your bespoke piece please bring them with you, along with any images or jewellery inspiration you have in mind.
We’ll collaborate to create a design that’s truly one-of-a-kind. Whether you’re drawn to timeless elegance or modern sophistication, our process ensures your ideas come to life.
step three
Stone Selection
With your budget and design preferences in mind, we’ll present a carefully curated selection of ethically sourced diamonds or gemstones for your special piece, each with unique qualities to explore. We offer both Earth-mined and Lab-grown diamond options.
Once we’ve refined the design and hand-selected the stone(s) to reflect your vision, we’ll provide you with an estimated quote. Once approved, we require a 50% deposit to begin crafting your piece.
Step four
Refining the Design
You’ll receive a digital 3D render or hand drawn sketch of your design, crafted in-house. Together, we’ll fine-tune every detail to ensure the final design aligns perfectly with your vision, making any adjustments necessary before moving forward.
Step five
Crafting your Piece
Our skilled artisans will bring your vision to life, blending traditional techniques with modern technology. Each piece is crafted with meticulous attention to detail in our onsite workshop. The process takes 8–12 weeks to ensure every aspect of your design is perfected for a lifetime of beauty.
As your special piece nears completion, we’ll arrange the final handover.
