STEP ONE
Getting to know you
Begin with a relaxed, complimentary consultation at our Quayside boutique or virtually for non-local clients. We’ll discuss your partner’s style, personality, and your unique love story to ensure the design captures their essence.

STEP TWO
Designing your ring
During your consultation, we’ll explore design ideas and gather details on your preferred elements, including stones and metals.
With Ceremony by Design, our innovative sample series, you’ll have the opportunity to mix and match bands and stones using our magnetic stone technology. This hands-on experience allows you to explore different options to discover the perfect combination before we begin the design process.
We’ll collaborate to create a bespoke design that’s truly one-of-a-kind. Whether you’re drawn to timeless elegance or modern sophistication, our process ensures your vision comes to life.
STEP THREE
Selecting the stone
We'll help you choose the perfect diamond or gemstone. With your design preferences and budget in mind, we’ll present a carefully curated selection of high-grade, ethically sourced diamonds and gemstones, each with unique qualities to explore together.
This hand-selection process is both educational and enjoyable, ensuring you find the stone that resonates perfectly. We offer both earth-mined and lab-grown diamond options. For more details, explore our Diamond Selection Guide.
Once the design is refined and the stone(s) is selected, we’ll provide an estimated quote. Upon approval, a 50% deposit secures the start of crafting your piece.
STEP FOUR
Refining & crafting
You’ll receive a digital 3D render of your design, crafted in-house. Together, we’ll fine-tune every detail to ensure the final design aligns perfectly with your vision. Every detail is lovingly poured over with your complete satisfaction at the heart of our process.
Once approved, our artisans begin crafting the ring, blending traditional techniques with modern technology, focusing on every detail to ensure perfection. The crafting process takes 8–12 weeks in our onsite workshop.
STEP FIVE
The final handover
As your custom-made ring nears completion we’ll contact you to arrange the final handover. If we aren't able to capture the finger size, we can make a best guess and will offer a complimentary first resizing to ensure the perfect fit.
